The Francesca flat is 8.5 km from the main town of the Island of Elba, Portoferraio, and 500 metres from the picturesque Magazzini inlet, with a short stretch of promenade and a secluded little beach used by boats mooring at the small jetty. The other beaches on the north and south coast can be reached in a few minutes by car, as the property is in a fairly central position to reach most of them.
The flat’s strong point is undoubtedly its large terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the entire gulf of Portoferraio. The three-room flat (sleeps 4) has a living room with kitchenette and sofa, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a terrace with sea view, and a small shady patio at the back of the house, for pleasant dining.
