The Le Marse flat is 8.5 km from the main town on the Island of Elba, Portoferraio, and 500 metres from the charming Magazzini inlet, with a short stretch of seafront and a secluded little beach used by boats mooring at the small jetty. The other beaches on the north and south coasts can be reached within a few minutes’ drive, as the property is centrally located enough to reach most of them.
The flat’s highlight is undoubtedly its large terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the entire gulf of Portoferraio.
The three-room apartment (sleeps 4) has a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a terrace with sea view and a small shady patio at the back of the house for pleasant al fresco dining.
