The flat is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the centre; it has two exclusive entrances, one from the street and one from the garden (this allows considerable autonomy if there should be two families). In the garden there is a large tiled square where one can enjoy pleasant outdoor dining.
The flat consists of a first studio, spacious and bright, equipped with two sofa beds (one of which is always open), kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning. The covered pergola in the garden leads to another room with a double bed and a single bed.
