The charming Villa Canata, situated in a panoramic position, with a spectacular view of the bay of Lacona, facing west, framed by the promontory of Capo Stella, is located in the grounds of the Stella Mare Village, romantically immersed in the greenery of the spectacular peninsula jutting out into the sea.

Guests can make use of all the services within the Village: bar, restaurant-pizzeria ‘il Capitano’ with a terrace overlooking the sea, minimarket, playground immersed in a pine forest, medical service. It is possible to use the Village swimming pool with payment of the service on site.

The Villa, which includes three flats, is an 18th-century historical building; one of the military posts used from the end of the 18th century to control the coastline.

The flats are independent, but have entrances that can be made communicating: in this case they are ideal for several families or large families.

Flat Il Cavaliere beds 4+2

Double bedroom, mezzanine living room (loft with single beds), sea view terrace, exclusive solarium, kitchenette with sofa bed.

Flat Trudy sleeps 3+2

Double bedroom plus third bed, passage room with bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, furnished terrace and porch.

Leaving animals unattended is prohibited.

From the flats you can easily reach the sea and the nearby beaches.

The beautiful, long beach of Lacona, very popular during the bathing season, is equipped with all services (sunbed and umbrella rental, pedal boats, surfing, bars and restaurants). Distance approx. 300 m
The ‘La Pinetina’ beach is the extreme eastern edge of the large beach, characterised by shallow sandy bottoms. Here guests have an exclusive area equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Distance mt. 250 approx.
The small Canata beach is accessible by land only for guests of the Village; it is also exclusive, and can be reached from the flats via a path of about 200 metres.

The flats have been completely renovated and refurbished with great care, respecting the original architecture: a complete restyling with the use of fine materials that have preserved the atmosphere and charm of the original building.
